Ingredients
  • 400g Fresh Tuna Steak
  • 1 Red Onion(finely chopped)
  • 1Handful Fresh Coriander(chopped)
  • 1Juice of Lemon
  • 4 Ciabatta rolls
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Olive Oil

Instructions
  1. Chop the tuna into small chunks then whizz in a food processor with the red onion, coriander and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Shape the tuna mix into four burgers and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a griddle pan until hot. Brush the burgers with a little olive oil and grill for 2-3minutes on each side until cooked.
  4. Meanwhile toast the roll lightly and fill with a hot tuna burger and some lightly dressed lettuce leaves.
