Ingredients
  • 1tbsp Honey
  • 2tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2tbsp Mirin
  • 1 Garlic Cloves(crushed)
  • 1inch Fresh Root Ginger(minced)
  • 1tsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Tuna Steaks

Instructions
  1. Make the marinade by whisking together the honey, soy sauce, mirin, garlic, ginger and olive oil.
  2. Place the tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour over the marinade. Cover with Clingfilm and chill for at least 30 minutes, turning the steaks after 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a griddle pan, when hot remove the tuna from the marinade and cook on each side for 3 minutes.
  4. Serve with boiled rice and Pak Choi.
