- 1tbsp Honey
- 2tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2tbsp Mirin
- 1 Garlic Cloves(crushed)
- 1inch Fresh Root Ginger(minced)
- 1tsp Olive Oil
- 4 Tuna Steaks

- Make the marinade by whisking together the honey, soy sauce, mirin, garlic, ginger and olive oil.
- Place the tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour over the marinade. Cover with Clingfilm and chill for at least 30 minutes, turning the steaks after 15 minutes.
- Heat a griddle pan, when hot remove the tuna from the marinade and cook on each side for 3 minutes.
- Serve with boiled rice and Pak Choi.
