Ingredients
- 200g Small Pasta Shapes
- 1tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Onion(finely diced)
- 1 Garlic Cloves
- 3ml Passata
- 150g Canned Tuna(drained)
- 1can Canned Sweetcorn(no added Salt)
- 50g Cheese(grated)

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water.
- Whilst the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a pan and cook the onion over a medium heat until soft and translucent. Add the garlic and cook for a further minute.
- Stir in the Passata, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce has reduced a little and become thicker.
- Add the tuna and sweetcorn to the sauce. Then add the sauce to pasta, ensuring the pasta is fully coated.
- When ready to serve top with the grated cheese.
