Ingredients
- 400g Fresh Tuna Steak
- 1 Red Onion(finely chopped)
- 1Handful Fresh Coriander(chopped)
- 1Juice of Lemon
- 4 Ciabatta rolls
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil

- Chop the tuna into small chunks then whizz in a food processor with the red onion, coriander and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Shape the tuna mix into four burgers and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a griddle pan until hot. Brush the burgers with a little olive oil and grill for 2-3minutes on each side until cooked.
- Meanwhile toast the roll lightly and fill with a hot tuna burger and some lightly dressed lettuce leaves.
